    I take 1 or two pieces about every three days and it has been a big positive change for me in dealing with mental health issues associated with either PTSD or ADHD.

    I haven’t used these recreationally much but the one time I tried 6 pieces at a time, I had a very nice conversation with a parked car. Taking more than that, I recommend you have a responsible friend with you.

    First I didn’t get the cookies and cream I got the milk chocolate. I think it tastes awesome. I’d say it’s the flavor I like rather than the sweetness. I’ve been microdosing it. Eating only a square at a time. The first time I had a square I think I felt kinda happy. Like serotonin kinda happy. I think That first square I had a few perceptual changes for a few minutes. Like the video game character on my screen seemed immense for a moment. Or the distance to my floor looked rather distant. I could have easily been my imagination cuz I knew what receptor sites in brain it’s designed to latch onto. Never had the “real thing”. Wonder if people who microdose it report long term benefits like microdosing the “real thing”. Can’t say I notice benefits at this point.

    Better Frozen!
    I wasn’t exactly expecting the Cookies & Cream bar to taste just like an Oreo but it’s somewhat close (probably a good thing…if it tasted too good, I wouldn’t stop)! If you are like me and don’t love the taste, put it in the freezer! Of course, it does not alter the taste but it breaks easy, is cold on the tongue and melts super quick. Truth be told, I’ve adopted this method with all four flavors and it definitely reduces the less savory flavors to a minimum. I’d give my eye teeth to see this formulated into chocolate ganache but until then, these bars are my go to.
